SellerMatrix is operated by Hamish Pritchard, trading as SellerMatrix (“SellerMatrix”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account, joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SellerMatrix.
SellerMatrix connects to your Amazon Selling Partner and Advertising accounts with read-only access through Amazon's official API, to show your profit, ACOS, TACOS and recommended weekly actions and to send you a weekly email review. We cannot change your listings, prices, inventory or payouts. All figures and recommendations — profit, margins, ACOS/TACOS and suggested actions — are estimates and guidance to help you make your own decisions. They are not financial, tax, accounting or investment advice.
During early access, SellerMatrix is offered through a waitlist. At launch, paid plans start at £17/month (excluding VAT) and include a 14-day free trial. Members who join during early access lock in their launch pricing for as long as their subscription stays active (the “founding price lock”). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must only connect Amazon accounts you are authorised to access, and you must use SellerMatrix in line with Amazon's own terms and with applicable law.
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we use read-only access, store only aggregated business metrics, encrypt your data in transit and at rest, and never sell it. You can revoke SellerMatrix's access from Amazon Seller Central at any time.
SellerMatrix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Data from Amazon can be delayed or incomplete, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may update these terms; where a change is material we will give reasonable notice by email or on this page.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business decisions you make using our estimates and guidance, for lost profits, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
